All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. ShopZiora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
